Now that my Chametz is officially sold...
Although I'm in the final stages of Passover cleaning, I went ahead and sold my chametz already. And since my kitchen is done, today's lunch is a avocado, egg, onion, lemon, salt salad and boiled artichoke with garlic butter. Passover CAN be healthy.
And the offical letter:
Dear Tamara XXXXXXXXX,
This email is to confirm that we have received your Sale of Chametz form. The actual sale of your Chametz to a gentile will take place appx. 8:00am on Monday, April 2, 2007 (Los Angeles, CA time).
Sold chametz may not be used until 10:00pm (Los Angeles, CA time) at the conclusion of Passover on Tuesday, April 10, 2007.
